This is a fully furnished month to month rental located in St.B area (central Clarksville). The home is furnished with 3 bedrooms, one queen bed, one full sized bed, one twin bed, and one bathroom. Living room, dining, and kitchen all open. It's a super cute and cozy home. Included washer and dryer in one car attached garage. outside seating furniture also included, and it's a large fenced in backyard. The shop in the pictures is NOT included, and we may need access to it every once in a while. We will text 24 hours ahead to make sure we have access to back gate and will not bother inside home. Tenant is charge of utilities. One dog with approval, absolutely no cats.
